In lieu of the holiday season, I want to share some holiday outfit inspiration to save you time, money, and closet overwhelm.
As part of my Build Your Dream Wardrobe With Me series, this week is all about special-occasion pieces but not the kind that wait in your closet for “someday.”
We’re focusing on pieces you’ll wear again and again, styled in multiple ways.
Before you rush to add another "special occasion" dress you’ll most likely wear once, pause for a moment and look at what you already own.That little black dress hiding in the back of your closet?

I created a holiday-inspired style board for you based on a recent outfit I wore to a party.
I already know I’ll be wearing that top again and again — styled with jeans, leggings, or skirts, for day and night.
And those sequin pants?They’ll be worn with a t-shirt and blazer, or dressed down with a denim jacket.
Remember: contrast is key.
The magic happens when you style special-occasion pieces with everyday basics think sequins with denim, sparkle with cozy knits.
