Return Policy
Return for Refund Policy:
MALKARI must be contacted within 30 days of the date your order was placed in order to process a refund. Please contact CallingForthTheQueen@TaliKogan.com Only unworn or unused regular priced items may be refunded.
All returns must be sent back to MALKARI in the original packaging and condition within 14 days of the date your shipment is received. The return/refund process starts the day the items are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under. The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.
Return Policy:
MALKARI provides free return shipping with qualifying orders. Orders placed online may be returned online or to 900X Tali, 900 N Michigan 5th floor Chicago 60611 on Saturday’s 10 am - 3 pm . If you are not located near the retail location, please reach out to CallingForthTheQueen@TaliKogan.com.
MALKARI will not be held responsible for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.
Please note: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
Return for Exchange:
For exchanges, please reach out to CallingForthTheQueen@TaliKogan.com within 14 days from placing your MALKARI order. Unworn or unused regular priced Items must be received back to us in the original packaging and condition. Please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to MALKARI to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If there is a credit due to the customer, that credit will be applied to the original form of payment back to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received an item that was damaged or possibly different than what was ordered, please take a photograph and contact CallingForthTheQueen@TaliKogan.com so we can better assist you.
Shipping Costs & International Orders:
MALKARI will not be able to refund the shipping cost for international orders due to the payment being made directly to the shipment provider. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products; the shipping costscost are not eligible for a refund. MALKARI is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MALKARI.
Please note: Shipping will be calculated at checkout. There may be accrued charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand & make payment of these charges.
